TOTAL NM FLOWN TODATE:-15436NM
TOTAL LEGS FLOWN TODATE:-39
TOTAL FLT TIME TAKEN:-158.20 HR
TOTAL AIRCRAFT FAULTS TODATE

Well we are now in indonesia , flight was uneventful , gentle touchdown at WATT , no braking untill speed was 10knts , for turn off due to right worn tyre , that will need replacing soon , other than that aircraft is in good state , oil/fuel replenished for next leg , and remembering to be gentle on the right tyre.

Hi Lewis.
Yep trying to see how far i can get in my first month of tour , the 29th of this month will be the 1 month of tour start date , i also notice you are getting the TWITCH TV bug , i hope you are haveing fun broadcasting your flights , i dont have a web cam on my main pc , so i cannot send my face pic along with my FSX flights , like you are able to do.
Also the virtual airline i fly for , insist you fly real time on the vatsim or ivao network , and so far i have only come accross ATC once , while flying through mel fir , it made a very pleasent change from the silence i have had for most of my trip , i am also developing OWL EYES , as most of my flights have been during the night .

Well right tyre still holding out but have to keep an eye on it due to wear , otherwise flight went well , apart for ASN gerating windshear , that atis was not announceing at destination , landing was a little heavy , but that in part was due to fuel qty being high.
Aircraft had no additional faults other than right tyre worn , so oil/fuel replenished for next leg.

Well that flight was very nasty , several places along the route , i encountered severe windshear , so bad was the vs going up and down , i reached for the sick bags , Also about 1hr from destination , some b738 was doing circuits at my destination airport , so i was keeping an eye open at his antics , thankfully he dissapeared when i was 15 min away from airport ,i did not get atis at destination till i was 1nm from airport , elected for runway 7L , i had decended at this stage to the MSA of 3000ft , all was well till i started my base leg , still on auto pilot , speed reduced to flap 1 position speed and put flaps to 1 , aircraft then started pitching nose up , so gave it some more power nose came level , next second for no reason i could see , the aircraft went into a dive , and i had to quickly disconnect autopilot , and retrim , but aircraft did not seem to respond correctly to trim settings , due to this i got dis orientated , and saw some lights ahead and thought they where the runways , luckily i double checked , as these lights where not from the twin runways , rectified my mistake and realigned for runway 7L approach , winds where so stronge , the aircraft almost hovered , as if somebody had thrown an anchor out the back , managed to overcome the winds to make a very smoothe touchdown , taxiied to parking .
Afterflight checks revealled , worn right tyre still holding out , but also parts of right flap are getting worn so need to either take care or get them repaired , also the oil is looking a bit dirty , and close to needing an oil change , depending on length of next leg , will determine when i do the oil change .

Well the flight went ok , until destination airport , when i was 30nm out i got the first atis report , vis was 1nm calm with overcast at 1000ft , so decided to use the ils 29 approach , on getting closer the wind got up , ILS beem proved to be usless , had to use gps to find airport rwy , made a very gentle landing , on afterflight checks , had an inspect eng , on inspection , it required a fuel filter , so it was replaced , also decided to replace worn right flap parts and worn right tyre , and oil was getting dark , so did an oil/plug change at same time , oil/fuel replenished for next leg.

Hi.
29TH APRIL -29MAY 1 month into tour , my as it been that long since i started it , doesent time fly when you are haveing fun.
todays flight below.
TOTAL NM FLOWN TODATE:-17354NM

L brake worn x 1
R brake worn x 1
R tyre worn x 1
LEG 44 WIPP/WIMM about 530NM direct , complete , actual 534NM done.
Well what a nightmare that was , last night because this was a big route , i decided to do a full service , so aircraft was in tip top shape , now after that flight , the aircraft is undergoing stress checks , and engine oil filter had to be changed .
The weather was evil , severe windshears in a few places on route , saw the vsi go from 0 to 20+ to 20- so hard that even throttle up /down to try and prevent stall one sec to overspeed next sec , was almost impossible , at one point i was reaching for autopilot disconnect , thinking it was not going to pull out of the decent , i was loosing and gaining a thousand feet eact time due to these windshears , then on destination airport , it was giving bad vis of 1 and 3/4 could not see any cloud , even though atis had said clouds at 1000 overcast , lined up on finals then airport suddenly vanished then reappeared then vanished again , cloud was actually at last 50ft , talk about asn weather screwup , i had to get down first attempt , as 15 min behind me was a b738 , and i had low fuel r warning , i sould have had plenty of fuel for trip , but weather antics must have caused a bigger drain on it than i thought , still had mandatery res of fuel at shut down , JUST.
Aircraft oil/fuel replenished ready for next leg .

LEG 46 VTSP/VYYY about 543NM direct , complete , actual 570NM done.
This flight was not to bad , until i got near destination , and tried to get atis , kept getting atis for YBRR instead of atis for VYYY , looking on map , i could not see any airport near me under the YBRR , so had to look up atis on vatspy , which was favouring vis runway 03 but from the atis from YBRR , i had a windshear warning on the approach to runway 03 , so only have a 3 knt wind elected ils 21 runway at VYYY , landing was soft , and taxied to stand , on afterflight checks , i got a bit of an eye opener , engine accessorys needed attention , these turned out to be critical components that where worn , so had no choice but to replace the fuel pump and both mags , aircraft oil/fuel replenished for next leg .

Hi.
Thanks it is going very well on the whole , ASN is causeing me grief with constant FSX fatal crashes , due corrupt weather downloads .
And all flights are done in real time on the vatsim network , no pauses or time excel used , so long times at controls , the VA i fly with insist on these rules and only time away from controls , is for food/drink , or the loo .

Wow that makes it even more impressive. I have to admit that on very long flights I use the AFK pause menu sometimes
