Unequal aileron deflections left vs right with saitek h55

Hi
Problem is that the Saitek h55 works fine with the stock 172, but I seem to have a new issue with the as2a 172, though it has been working before.
I get full deflections to enable bank to the right, but very limited to bank to the left.
Its not the h55 - I get the same result with the keyboard.

I get the same effect on the steam version and "boxed" version on my pc.

I have rebooted, disconnected the USB, and have reloaded both Saitek drivers and program and the a2a 172, all with no joy.
Although I have fsuipc its not used.

Enough time wasted! Any ideas please, this must be simple.

Hi - welcome to the forums.

Have you carried out a pre-flight inspection on the Skyhawk (shift 8 )? Sounds like there could be an issue with the aileron hinge which needs to be fixed in the "maintenance hangar" (shift 7).

If you can let us know which sim platform you use, it'll be easier to provide more advice.

I had the same with my Cherokee, was indeed a broken hinge. Pre flight checks are a must with real AND a2a aircraft.
