PREPAR3D VERSION
PREPAR3D VERSION
I purchased PREPAR3D,,the Professional version. To purchase the C172 trainer for PREPAR3D,,what is the different between the Pro version from the Academic version. There is quite a price difference. with PREPAR3D PRO version installed, do I need to buy the C172 trainer PRO version and not the Academic? Thank you.

Re: PREPAR3D VERSION
There is no difference as far as I know, but for P3D professional, you’ll need to purchase the A2A professional version as well
I’m sure Nick or Lewis will stop by and confirm.

Re: PREPAR3D VERSION
Hello scarter,
The choice of Academic vs. Professional licences for A2A products simply reflects Lockheed Martin's own licensing policy for the simulator. Customers are free to choose whichever version they feel best applies to them, but there's no additional functionality included with the Professional version.
Thanks,
Nick
