I have just installed the C172 trainer but nothing is working and everything is broken inside of the hanger.
I have definitely got sim connect. I reinstalled it just in case but it is still broken.
I am running P3D v4.1
Please help.

Re: C172 broken
Did you try to fix it in the hangar? If yes and it didn’t work. Did you install simconnect as per the FAQ?

I have tried to fix it in the hanger and I reinstalled my simconnect when the problem first arose
Re: C172 broken
I also have the same issue on my Comanche
Re: C172 broken
Can someone please tell me the directories everything needs to be in to work.

KB120,
Do you have the latest installer for Prepar3d v4? It reads "C172 P3Dv4 Academic.exe" (or Professional) The same format for the Comanche. Right click on the installer/Properties/Details. File version should be 18.4.22.0. If this is not the installer you have, go to your account and download the newest version. Be certain to read the included "Read before installation.pdf". It has very clear instructions. This new version will automatically check for updates and download and install if needed.
Uninstall the version you have installed before running the new installer.
Hope this gets you a working aircraft!

Re: C172 broken
Hello KB120,
We've recently launched a new web store and new installers for the Prepar3D product line, so as Mazo says, it'll be a good idea for you to download the latest installer. If you purchased direct from A2A, more information on this can be found here. If you purchased from a third party store, new installers should be available already or very soon.
Some further info on the installation process can be found here.
Thanks,
Nick
