GTN 750 not showing up
GTN 750 not showing up
Running Window 10 64 bit, with FSX boxed with all upgrades. I have the GTN 750 software which appears to be working in all my other A2A aircraft with the exception of the C172. So I tried to unistall A2A C172 but get the code"Could not open install.log file" which prevents me from uninstalling. The Flight 1 updater shows the C172 but in the configuration there is no background cockpit that allows for placement of 750. So I am trying to uninstall 172 and start from scratch. I have the most current updater. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: GTN 750 not showing up
Hello,
For the "could not open install.log file" message, please refer to the info in this topic.
However, it may not be necessary to uninstall. Have you tried running the Accu-Sim update here since installing the C172? If so, you should have an "aircraft configurator" for the 172 in the Windows start menu. You'll need to use this A2A utility rather than the Flight 1 tool to add the GTN 750 to the C172.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: GTN 750 not showing up
Thank you Nick I will give this a try. I was using both the Flight1 updates as well as A2A updates. Well at this point I'm rather confused as to what I did. Will get it worked out. Thanks again.
