Rudder propwash.

Hi all 
Have you guys noticed that in the pipers, in the external view on the ground, you can see the effect of propwash over the rudder but in the cessnas its not really visible ? The pipers move up and down a bit (yea, when using the rudder, not only the elevator )when im moving it stop to stop fast, but cessnas not really, is it becouse of high wing blocking most of it (i had flaps up) or is it not added to the same degree, or something else ?
