I cannot see the 2D panels.

Hello. I have re-installed my fsx, I have installed the sp1 and sp2 and the cherokee. When I start a flight, I cannot see the 2D panels. I press shift+2 for example and I see something black in the screen and it just disappears. I aslo cannot move the controls of the airplane with my yoke, or even the keyboard. I have read the F.A.Q and I have fixed Simconnect, but it hasn't solved the problem.

Yes I have, and it still doesn't work.
