Is there a way to make the various windows appear larger when using a resolution of 3840 x 2160 in P3Dv4.2 with A2A aircraft (PA28, Commanche, C-182). Even though the instrument panels are fine, when I open any of the windows they are so small I can barely read the fonts. I have tried resizing but that does not work well. I am using a NVidia GTX1070 Ti with 32 inch monitors. I don't want to use a smaller resolution as that causes a lot of work having to constantly change the resolution for other aircraft and applications.

Hi Denny,
Yes, you can manually edit the "panel.cfg" file to change the size at which the 2-D panels are displayed. There's some more info on how to go about this here.
Thanks,
Nick
