Anyone know how to activate pilot controlled lighting at an uncontrolled airport with no approaches in the A2A Piper Cherokee 180. The PTT button on the yoke is not active.
Appreciate any help.

Re: Pilot controlled lighting
Hello,
Are you talking about activating a feature of an add-on airfield? I don't believe pilot-controlled lighting is simulated by default in FSX/P3D.
Thanks,
Nick

Thanks Nick for your response. Not talking about add on airports, just trying to determine if a default capability exists in the FSX/P3D Piper Cherokee 180
to use the PTT button on the yoke to bring up the intensity of runway lights at night. Referring to a non towered airport with no straight in approaches. Somewhat difficult to keep these airports in sight while approaching at right angle to the runway or flying the traffic pattern. Seems this would be easier
if the runway lights could be made brighter like we would do in real flight with the 5 clicks on the PTT button.

Re: Pilot controlled lighting
Hi Airdan,
As this capability doesn't exist in the host sim itself, no, it's not possible to activate it using the Cherokee. It may be something that's possible with a few add-on sceneries but I can't recall ever encountering such a feature.
Thanks,
Nick
