Can not update Cherokee 140

Hello.
I can not upgrade my Cherokee 140. I have no Updates icon in the Windows Start Menu under the "A2A Simulations" group.

Hello Kjelle,

If you're using the Prepar3D v4 version of the Cherokee, it sounds like you have an outdated version of the installer; we released new ones in May.

If you purchased the product direct from A2A, please see this announcement which explains how to get the latest installers. If you downloaded from a third party store, it should just be a case of re-downloading from your account there.

ok. I have now created a new account. Where can I find a new installer?

You will need to follow the directions in the past linked by Nick to transfer your purchase from the old account to the new account. It may take a couple of days to complete the pricees.

Hi Kjell,

Yes, exactly as Oracle says: please follow the steps laid out in the post I linked above and bear in mind that the transfer process is carried out manually so may take a day or two.
