Carburetor lever issue

Post by Ifikratis »

Hi all,

Today I took my beloved Cherokee for a ride after a long time. The temperature was near freezing so carburetor heating was necessary. However I face a weird issue where, whenever I click anywhere on the cockpit the carburetor lever will reset to the off position. So I have to constantly reset it where I want it to be every time I click somewhere.

Has anyone experience this issue? I am on P3D v4.4 and using Chaseplane.

Thanks! :)

Hello,

double check your control mapping software and also the A2A Input config for the aircraft as it sounds like you have something mapped causing it to give the input and make the lever go to a particular setting.

thanks,

Just to double double check, I just loaded the Cherokee and all is ok so I expect the issue to be control/mapping related

Thank you very much for the very quick response Lewis. Really appreciate it. At least I can now be sure its something somewhere in my settings. I will investigate :)
