I'm not able to log in to my account and your system doesn't send out an email to reset my password. So what is going on with your store now? Having read the stickie in the top about a similar online store I'm very concerned as I used to buy add-ons from the both. If you're still out there you'll find my email from the order numbers I listed above, otherwise please PM me. I'd like to download the latest versions of the planes that I bought from your unresponsive (now) store in the past.

So long as you have followed those step by step instructions you will be good to go soon for the new store and in the meantime can download products from the old store to keep you flying. The order migration was announced and open to users back in May this year.
