I reinstalled mine C182 for P3D v4 and got a black propeller nose... Is this normal? I dont think so:

I dont mind about the black nose, but my concern is if any other system or texture got installed wrong!

Okay, you should be able to verify if the modified shaders are the culprit by reverting back to the default P3D shaders. You could also try changing the dynamic reflection setting in the Sim UI.
