I can't find the Check for Update icon in the Start Menu - A2A Simulations. The only one I can find is for the Bonanza ?

Re: Check for Update option missing
Hello Glen,
it sounds like you are still using the old product and installer. You will need to re-download to get the new installer system + updates since May this year.
thanks,
Lewis - A2A

I just redownloaded installers for (P3Dv4) the;
Comanche_P3Dv4_Academic.EXE
C172_P3Dv4_Academic.EXE
C182_P3Dv4_Academic.EXE.
They were purchased before the new website. I downloaded from https://a2asimulations.com/store-offline/ with my old account there. The three installers are dated June 2017. How/where to download latest installers? They don't show in my account at the new website.
Is it possible to transfer these orders to my newer account at the new website? I have the order numbers.

Re: Check for Update option missing
Hello bills511,
You can follow the steps laid out in this pinned announcement to transfer purchases from the old A2A store to the new one. After doing this, you'll be able to access the latest installers which each have a built in update delivery tool.
Thanks,
Nick

The Comanche transferred to my account successfully however the 172 and 182 for P3Dv4 did not transfer. They were ordered together 09/03/2016, using the same account, email, at old site.
Thank you,
Bill

Hi Lewis
I have tried to uninstall the Cherokee P3Dv4, C182 P3Dv4 and Comanche P3Dv4 so I can install the new installers but all three refuse to uninstall showing the error 'INSTALL.LOG not found' ?

This issue seems to have affected a few people when trying to uninstall the old installer packages. Please can you try the steps in this topic which should enable you to uninstall successfully.
Thanks and apologies for the inconvenience,
Nick

Re: Check for Update option missing
If you don't have the latest P3Dv4 installers from back in May then yes you will need to re-download. Otherwise you are all set, just run the update tool in your start menu for the aircraft you wish to update.
thanks,
