A2A C-182 Can't enter Maintenance Hangar

I am not able to enter the Maintenance Hangar. The message states, "Must be on ground and engine off.", which is the case. I tried to turn Damage Off as a test but the selection returns to Damage On. My A2A Comanche and Bonanza work fine. This was happening with the C-182 before and after I reinstalled to get the Rain Effects. I have done some searching looking for a solution to this problem and did reinstall Sim Connect, with no difference.

The initial install is the default Mooney.

Okay, thanks Bill. That shouldn't cause any problems, but for troubleshooting I recommend you revert the default startup flight back to the original.

Could you also let us know if any other add-on software is loading when you launch P3D?

Active Sky and Cloud Art, FS Realtime and again, only the 182 does this. Forgot to mention UTL.

Edit: I uninstalled the 182 again and reinstalled and now I can access the Maintenance Hangar. I reinstalled my RXP GTN750 and all is well. I didn't check to see if I have the rain effects but I'm thinking it should be there too.
