Autopilot

Post by seejay »

I'm having the darndest time to get the autopilot to track either a heading or a Vor. The manual sure doesn't help.

Autopilot in a nutshell....

Trim aircraft for level flight hands free

Turn on autopilot master switch (next to the master avionics swtch)

Press the front of the round dial found on the autopilot until you see the yellow light toggle through the modes. Put it on HDG.

Press the black autopilot button on the yoke to enable altitude hold - indicated by a blue light.

Change heading by using the green heading bug on the heading indicator gauge.

If all above fails - YouTube will surely have the answer.

Hope this helps.
