Duplicate order/download in "My Account"

Hello,

yesterday I bought the Comanche 250. I used the A2A point I had from the Bonanza purchase, to reduce the price a little bit.
However I have the Comanche two times available as download, but I paid only once.
The second problem I have is, that I didn't got the 50 Flying hours. Instead I do have -6 Flying hours now.

I hope that you can help me to solve this problems.
