Elevator Trim Handle Doesn't Work

I have searched for 2 days to find an answer. Web, Manual still can't find a solution. I can grab the handle with the grab hand. But can't move it. I must be missing something. Check for updates says I have the latest version. Running Windows 10 and P3d V 4.4.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Bill,

Please can you open up the maintenance hangar (Shift 7) and check to see if there's any indication of a mechanical problem with the elevator trim system. If so, this should also be visible during the preflight inspection (Shift 8 ).

I feel soo stupid. I know I checked the hanger before and everything was like new. I guess old age is coming quicker than I thought.
