Need Installer in New store

Need Installer in New store

I bought the Comanche on the old store. When i provided the info, I didn't check to see if it was there because I had already downloaded it and installed. I changed computers, and went to download it and the installer wasnt on the new store

Hello,

have you filled out the order migration form to move from old to new store?

Did you purchase from the A2A Store or a third party vendor?
If a third party vendor you will want to go to your store of purchase to download.

I filled out the form, my other airplanes got moved over. I bought it from the old store as well

Hello,

this is normally because the emails where not submitted for all the old orders (Common issue seems to be the odd order being ordered on a girlfriends/wifes/husbands email etc etc). Can you please fill out the order form again including All emails you have every used at A2A and or order numbers of the missing orders and I can see about getting those moved for you.
