Freakin sweet! Man hope somewhere down the road you guys can make a 3D bezel and configurator for the Reality XP GPS like Realair and Carenado do. This would be soooo sweet with reality XP integration  Thanks for the pics!

Here are a few of mine....My first flight with Her out of KHQM....It is an understatement to say I am surprised at how well this thing moves with a full load....BIG DIFFERENCE...

How many of these civilian Mustangs are flying around? Are they made using original airframes, or are they being manufactured from scratch?

Can't say for sure... definitely less than 100 flying today. There are also some being built from scratch, both in full scale and less. Also, many restored warbirds, Mustangs and others, have a large amount of new or remanufactured parts.

That's interesting. I thought all of the Mustangs were restored military antiques. I never thought that they had them with modern navigation built in. Then the Mustang must be a pretty good design, even to today's standards. I guess you just can't get any passengers into them.

Many civilianized Mustangs have a "buddy seat" installed in back of the cockpit pilot seat. This space was made available by taking out the fuselage tank and associated radio equipment.

That's great! Kind of like a flying motorcycle :D
Maybe A2A can simulate the version with the buddy seat, then put that little gal from the Cub on it for us. I'll bet I can get a scream out of her on this Mustang

Haha, that actually not such a bad idea! :)

According to the videos of Lady Alice, Dr. Wagner says that there are around 165 mustangs flying, if I remember correctly.

Those kit versions are shipped sans engine and propeller, and a Mustang without a merlin is like a vette without a stick.
