Stutter in looping

Post by Nico1506 »

Hi, when I fly a Looping, the Plane stutters in the loop.
It mostly starts when Iam at 180° to the sky and while it turn back to the ground .. after loop the stutters stoped..

Already have the newest version, also reinstalled it.

Dont know what to do now ?

Hello Nico1506,

Do you mean the engine is loosing power? Or frame rates in the sim are 'stuttering'?

Thanks,
Nick

Sim is smooth, engine also is stable, its like the elevator does not react in some positions in the/while the loop.

Sounds like you might be stalling the plane if the airframe rattles?

Or if it feels like you’re stuck in whatever position it might be like your own wake turbulence. Are you using a weather engine? Namely AS would cause some of those issues if the wake turbulence settings are to strong.

No its also when weather engine is off.. i dont have this problem with other planes :/ only with T6. Using P3D v4.3

Also I cant see the flaps in position 1 at outside view.
Only in level 2 I can see the flaps coming complete down.

Hello,

other aircraft don't matter most don't model whats in the T-6. I am assuming from your description you are on the edge of falling out of the sky, hence the airframe stalling.

What numbers are you hitting?

thanks,

Numbers?
I hadnt this problem before 4.3. It still was possible to fly smooth loops without stocking.

Numbers for your aerobatics, are you carrying the correct speeds, energy etc since what you describe could be the result of being too slow.

It doesnt feels like to slow, a real plane also doesnt react like this in a loop .. iam a real Pilot.
Its like a Bug.
Also the flaps in position 1 arent visible in the outsideview.. maybe there is a bigger bug that caused this issues overall?

I also use Simstarter NG.

Maybe posting a video would be best so people can see the issue? If you’re able to of course

Hi Nico.
Your speed was too low , the stuttering is near stall , the ASI was almost at zero , this caused the aircraft wing to dip and you fell off to one side in the loop , as for flaps , these can only be seen from outside view , you need to check the flap indicator for position , and it does not have positon 1 and 2 , the flaps can be set to whatever position you like by operating the flap lever up/down or lock.

Flaps are full up. Dont know what you mean? This isnt a stall simulation, this looks like a bug:/

Hi Nico.
The flaps answer was in response to one of your posts , un related to the loop , but under your loop problem.
If flaps where down during an atempt at looping , it would stall a lot sooner than in your video , the texan is not easy to loop , and your speed went to low .
