Default Autopilot

Post by bullfox »

With the default autopilot and the default GPS is there a way to get the Connie to follow a heading? Will one of the Reality units work to follow a heading? When I had the Connie in FSX I got pretty good at using the Sperry autopilot, but for my anticipated round the world trip in P3D 5.3 I would like one of the Reality units, but which one?

I found out that with the default autopilot in heading mode the rudder knob on the Sperry autopilot will control the heading.
