As a new purchaser, I have been able to load my passengers and arrive as my destination. However I have been unable to open the main hatch and get the air stairs to allow my passengers to deplane. I suspect I am not shutting down in a manner that calls up the stairs etc. - because the stars are activated, but opening the main hatch by Shift +E only results in a momentary open followed by close.
What's the secret?
Regards,
Bill

In the same menu where you load passengers you'll want to press the unload button after you're parked at the gate.

Re: How to deplane my passengers
Hi AvWar,
I appreciate you response. I am using the P3D version and when I select (panel 3) the Fuel load and then Payload (number of passengers) - I can then select "Real time load". After that my main hatch opens and the air stairs go up to the hatch and I can monitor the number of passenger loaded. None of my panels indicate any other selection to load. There is no corresponding way to unload (that I can see). How do you do it?

Press shift + 4 and press the unload button, directly under the button that says realtime load.
