Saved Flight Problem

Post by del »

I'm flying the Constellation using FSX SE. I've saved the flight at 15,000' withcruise settings.
When I load that flight again there's all sorts of problems. My height now is just 6,000' and the engines surge.
Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I don't have the Constellation in my hangar yet, but I usually avoid saving flights in the air with complex aircraft such as A2A planes.
It has been discussed many times in the forums here that FSX does not save certain parameters for complex planes. In example, if you have one of the warbirds or the Comanche and you put them on jacks, save the flight and exit, it is very possible next time you load that save to find you plane on the ground with gear up and some damage on it. Certain parameters and configurations are not kept in a save. I hope this is helpful.
