Hi.
Yes and no , if you look at the ailerons , you will see a tiny tab sticking out on the trailing edge , these are the trim tabs , and are set by a mechanic , so no way a pilot in flight can change the aileron trim , but the flight sim may by default still see an aileron trim , so if the aircraft starts acting up on ailerons , hit the aileron trim reset to nuetral position.
