after reading this I think I may have pulled the wrong lever, I chose new and now I think it would have been more ''real life'' to have chosen used, as the v35 hasn't been built for, well a while. Question I guess is do I have to uninstall and reinstall as used of is there a shortcut to change my choice

If you hit Shift+3 when loaded into the plane, there is a "Used" button you can click to set it to a random used state.
