40 hours down

Post by AviationAtWar »

I've never had a huge interest in GA planes, easily 90% or more of my FSX time has been in warbirds. I bought the Bonanza the morning it was released because I wanted to support A2A, see the newest Accusim tech, and I did have some interest in the aircraft itself. I went with a used plane, flew it home and repaired some issues that came up in the first few flights, and I then took off on what has morphed into an around the world flight. I started in Michigan and I landed on Attu last night, within the next hour I'll be taking off to make the hop over into Russia. I passed the 40 hour mark in the Bonanza last night which is huge for me for a GA plane. After the first few failures after purchase I haven't had any failures while flying across the US and Alaska, so I'm kind of getting the feeling that I'm due for something happen. Probably during a long over water stretch!
