What does the free downloadable "no mip map texture" do ?

Hello,
I saw on the A2A shop this free addon "no mip map texture" for the Bonanza.
All is in the tittle… So do I need to install this free A2A product if I purchase the Bonanza V-Tail ?

And why this free "no mip map texture" is only made for the Bonanza please ?

They’re replacement textures, to use if you’re having issue with bluriness in the virtual cockpit. If you’re not having any issues, they aren’t needed.

Yes, the downloadable no mipmap textures are optional. Mipmaps effectively reducing 'shimmering' of textures which many users find distracting. The no mipmaps packs potentially allow textures to be displayed at higher resolution. However, if you do install them, supersampling antialiasing is strongly recommended to prevent shimmering.
