Question about the bungee system

Hi fellas,
I was wondering what it feels like to steer the Bonanza in real life with its bungee system. For instance when using right rudder I see my ailerons move to the right as well. If I want to steer my ailerons to the left because of wind or whatever would I then feel resistance because of the right rudder input?
