No sound in VC of any of My A2A aircraft

I've just brought a new head set for my PC and it was fine for a while but then the sound suddenly disappeared from the VC for all my A2A aircraft. Its fine in all my other aircraft. I'm using P3dv4.4 & windows 10. I've checked the sound on the internal A2A sliders on shift 3, sound in my windows install, updated my aircraft, uninstalled and reinstalled my aircraft, reinstalled sim connect and searched the forums and tried all solutions but no luck. Very frustrated.

Is the default sound output device in Windows pointing to your headset?

Hey thanks! That's the issue. I fiddled with the windows sound last night with no luck but had a fresh look this morning and solved it. Thanks for that!

Worth noting that for P3Dv4 we have updated so the ability to change sound devices using the sims top menu bar is possible on setups where users might want a different sound device for the Accu-sim sound engine.

Where is the default sound output device located in windows. I have the same "no sound" problem and can't fix it.

Under windows sound settings you can set your systems default device.
