Before I start deleting files...

Anything special I should know before uninstalling the WoPII P-40? Like, any reason not too?

Secondly, I moved icons around after original installation, and I can't remember if there ever was an uninstall provided... OK to just delete the WoPII folders from FS, etc.?

You can uninstall it through Windows control panel, but why would you want to?

Because the new WoPIII P-40 w/ Accu-sim makes the older model redundant, if you own both!

I'm keeping the WoP2 aircraft installed for use when others are flying it in multiplayer (as soon as I can make that work again without FSX crashing...) who don't have/can't afford the new one and for use as an AI model.

However I've uninstalled A2A models numerous times using the the uninstall routine without incident. Usually to reinstall them again very shortly afterwards. ;)

I uninstalled my WOP2 P-40 after getting a duplicate model error from installing ICDPs extra paints.

Those sorts of "errors" are easily fixed by changing the name if the "title=" rntry of the aircraft.cfg file
for those that are flagged as duplicates. There is no reason that I know of that the two can not
coexist on the same system after a few minor name changes.
