Just a thought but since A2A is progressing into the fighter jet era, one plane I would like to see in development some time down the road, if its possible, is a Boeing 707. Yes Captain Sim has come out with a great rendition with a few flaws but I think A2A can do one better and go beyond what CS has done to this plane. There may be speculation about developing a certain aircraft that one company has done but think about the 767, 747, 737 and so on. Several other companies, both freeware and payware, have redone these models to their different specifications. This is something I would like to see sometime in the future but for now Im comfortable with my B17 and 377 :). Tell me what early age jetliner would you like to see come into play in the(not so) distant future.

If we saw an A2A, single-aisle, four-engined jetliner, it would definitely be Lewis's favorite, the Vickers VC10. I have actually grown a liking for the VC10, and although Delta never used it, I'd still enjoy one very much. Personally, a Convair 880 would be a dream come true, and I'd also enjoy a DC-8. The Sud Caravelle is indeed a classic, and would be welcome in my hangar.

VC-10 is the ????? tubeliner ever built. Its wonderful, loved by many, sounds totally awesome + has the added bonus of having the 'right out of thunderbirds' feel about it. 8)

That's absolutely right...if you sat in a pub garden at Windsor during their heyday, all conversation ceased for at least 5 minutes  But they do look beautiful.

I'm not sure whether my current hearing loss is because of VC10's or Emerson,Lake & Palmer :D

114 examples of the de Havilland Comet (DH.106) were built, however the first of these jets, Comet 1, suffered several in-flight disasters caused be fatigue of fuselage metal caused by square windows (this lead to round windows, which sustain pressurization much better). Comet 2's and later were revised and safe jet airliners, however these came later on in jet history. After the disasters of 1954, the Comet fleet was grounded until 1958, in which time the Sud Caravelle, Tupoleve Tu-104, Boeing 367-80, Boeing 707, and Douglas DC-8 had flown; by 1958, the Boeing 707 and Tupolev Tu-104 had entered service. The Avro Canada Jetliner had flown weeks after the Comet 1, in 1949, but it was cancelled, never seeing production.

The Comet saw life later on as an airliner with the Comet 2, 3, and 4, but also as the Hawker Siddeley Nimrod (maritime patrol) in 1967, and most recently the now-cancelled BAE Systems Nimrod MRA4.

Ahh so they were doomed from the start like the connie lol jk :p I do like the connie and super connie although it was a shame they grounded the TWA fleet after a crash I think it was after WW2? but there's another great idea to develop a connie if lewis and the team has plans to do another commercial propliner

Not a Hawker-Siddeley Trident or a BAC111, then? I could happily cope with a VC-10 from A2A.

I still want an Aircraft Factory Supermarine Walrus first, though. ;)

While I really like the old British jetliners, I'd LOVE to see an Accu-Sim Boeing 707, as this is a classic from the end of the golden era of jet airliners, and might have a broader appeal than a strictly British plane. And it is obviously packed with old analog gauges... My pick for an old British 4 engine jet with more gauges than I can comprehend would be a Vulcan... Sorry, the only passengers it carries are rather volatile!

I just can't imagine a frontpage video of Scott sitting in the cockpit of a 737 setting up all the sound recording gear, can you? lol
Maybe I'm wrong (not that I wouldn't buy it of course if A2A did one :D)

I'd made my mind up to buy the CS 707 and 727 and hope the Accu-Feel would drag them up to an acceptable level to be honest.
