Need reset on Downloads from A2A

I recently suffered a catastrophic computer crash and lost everything. I have had to do a complete restore of my operating system. I was able to download the Comanche 250, Piper J3 Cub, Piper J3 Cub Accusim and C 172. I however could not see or download the C 182 or Accufeel v.1 or v.2 (AL&S Upgrade). hope someone can help me out here. I'm on day 4 of a tedious and frustrating restore.

Thanks Oracle, I just sent Lewis the PM. Unfortunately, I also lost the order numbers for the ones I need. Gave him one of my order numbers for product I had been able to download. Hope it helps him find the others. Your timely reply was appreciated.
