The new webpage is up .....
I filled out the transfer form for the new A2A Store entering my old store email addess some days ago, already,
but I still cannot enter "My Account" => "The username or password you entered is incorrect."
The function "Lost your password" doesn't either help => "Invalid username or email"
Is this just a matter of time because not all old accounts have been transfered? (or any other reason?)
FYI: I can enter the Old Store without a problem.
Dieter

Re: New webpage is up! :)
You need to register into the new store as if you were a new customer before filling that form.

Much better, but one small point. Clicking on the Support + Community link takes us to an UN-secured version of these here forums. Anyone logging in there would be doing so on an UN-secured connection and open to risk. My solution is to have a Bookmark in Firefox, that takes me to the https version of the forums.patful wrote:The entire site is now secure, no orange flags, got my 182 ordered, flying hours applied, and downloaded without a hitch. Thanks for the quick fix, the new store, and the discounts, guys!

Just waiting to spend some points now.
Re: New webpage is up! :)
I still get this 403 error each time I try to create my account in the new webpage. Same with Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Re: New webpage is up! :)
I tried with MS edge as well and same issue.
It's probably linked to the antivirus as you suggested, and unfortunately, from this professional computer I have no change to disable it :/
Ah, I might try from my smartphone

Damned ! Even from the smartphone I get the same exact error !!
Using Chrome. And no, I'm not installing firefox or any other browser on that phone.

Ok, I installed Firefox on my telephone (yes, I change my mind easilly).
And guess what ? It still doesn't work, same 403...
What "unsafe operation" does a website try to perform when creating an account, exactly ?

Hi.
I just googled that error code , and it came up with a few possibilities of how to correct , if you google the issue , and see which may be the one that fits your issue the best and see if solution works for you.

Re: New webpage is up! :)
I have looked up the error in Google and all the results are aimed at website developpers, not website visitors.
Wordfence seems to be an utility that is installed on a server and activated for some websites on that server.
Which means there's nothing I can do from my side.
If anybody from A2A would have any solution, that's be great...

Hi Daube,
Perhaps get someone you really really trust, to make the new account for you on a different computer, with your details?
Just a thought.
