Ha! I thought my total looked a little high, then I realized they weren't showing the sale prices.

Good to see orders going through ok. I'm taking a little break now for a late lunch then ill carry on.

Remember if filling out the form to first sign up to the new store and also only fill the form out if you have orders on the old store to move across. I'll need the email address you used on the new store and also any used on the old store to find and move orders.

A chunk of people have filled out the form without creating an account on the new store and or have no orders on the old store to move with the details provided.

cheers,
Lewis

Sorry about that Lewis, but one of those guys was me. I now have registered as a new member on the new web site. Same email address as I used on the old site.

My account is now fully up and running (thanks, Lewis!)

Next step - trying to recover from the shock of realizing how much I've bought...

Hi Lewis,

I only have 2 out of 10 orders from the old site moved over. Then I realized that the rest were bought through my old email address. Even though I only had 1 account, I did change my email on the old site. I filled out the email form again and added my old email. Hope I didn’t cause you any extra grief? :?

No hurry, I know you are overwhelmed at the moment.

Thanks,
Marv

Just to confirm, after creating the account in the new store with the same e-mail that I used in the old store, when filling the form I just have to put the e-mail one time, in the first question and in the second question I don't have to put my e-mail again (because is the same).
Right?

Regards

Not seeing any downloads against my new account as yet, not sure if it's something I have done wrong or if its just a backlog being worked through. :?:
