You have WordFence installed on your phone? Or are you using WiFi through the same network on the phone? If so, you might turn off your phone's WiFi to bypass WordFence.

Thanks for the answer.
No I don't have Wordfence installed on my computer nor on my telephone.
I tried both the home wifi and a mobile 3G wifi from a different company.
I cannot use the 3G/4G data on my phone here because I'm currently on a business trip abroad, and it would cost me a kidney per megabyte.

I'll try again to create an account when I'll be back home in three weeks.

It sounds like you are being blocked as spam, I am not sure where you are located but it could be the access you have is going through some known spam servers and so being blocked.

thanks,

I am currently in Taipei, Taiwan, accessing the net through a local operator mobile wifi, or the hotel wifi.
Last week I was in Tokyo, Japan, accessing the net through another local operator mobile wifi, or the building wifi.
Same problem in both countries, no matter how I access the net.
Is there an A2A ban on Asian countries ?

No ban our end but we are using industry standard firewall protection against spammers.

Which means I'm now considered as a spammer.
Nice...
Anyways, let's see how it goes once I'm back in Europe. Hopefully, your security software will tolerate me, this time...

Something to do with your connection is considered a spam ip address or coming from a known spam server yes.

New update.
I wanted to create a new account for my brother and use it to offer him the Spitfire for P3Dv4.
But once again, I'm facing the 403 potentially unsafe operation error...
Then I tried to connect directly from my phone, using my regular 4G connection here in France. And that resulted in a 403 error as well.

So let's sum it up: currently, it is not possible to access the store from the following locations:
- my professional network
- Taiwan all networks (land or mobile/4G)
- Japan all networks (land or mobile 4G)
- France mobile 4G (SFR, one of the main 4 mobile operators).

I'm starting to think you guys should simply write a small list of who is actually ALLOWED to connect to your store.
Probably two or three lines should be enough, I guess, since it seems the WHOLE PLANET is categorized as scam/spammers by your website...
Sorry for the upper case letters, this problem is getting me a bit nervous at time.
Probably, in a few weeks, my land connection at home is also going to be banned like the rest, and I won't be able to access the store at all from anywhere in the world...

EDIT: I'm wondering if my telephone gets the same IP address when I'm connected to a foreign 4G network with a mobile Wifi 4G access...

On your very last question. Yes.

On the website I run, there are numerous automatic blocks that are set by the self learning function of the firewall. Unfortunately, there are huge numbers of crawlers that hit the site and the vast majority are from Eastern Europe and Asia.

They just keep attacking from many compromised networks and the firewall had no choice but to block their access. I look at the looks from time to time and can see that there are port scanning and testing common vulnerabilities both on the webserver and the website software, so it is usually malicious activity.

It is unfortunate. :(

I understand the logic, but the result is a lot of legit people not able to access at all, isn't it ?
Once some pirate tries to use some connection vaguely related to my internet provider, I won't be able to access the store from my home anymore.

I'm back home.
And guess what ? I now get the 403 error even from my home computer.
A2A staff; please fix your security settings.
I cannot connect from:
- my home (land internet access)
- my mobile (4G)
- my work
- my professional computer from anywhere in the world
This is unacceptable and a serious customer support issue.

My brother just tried connecting from his own phone, which is using a totally different mobile provider, and he ALSO got the 403.
What is the point ? Did you ban all the country ?

Hello,

please check your other thread, as you may have noticed you are the only one reporting this issue so something is a miss with your connection that could be blacklisting you are a spammer, hacker etc.

thanks,

Hi,

Whenever I log into the new store all I'm greeted with is a message saying:

"It looks like nothing was found at this location."

When I click "My Account" again in the navigation bar i'm just sent back to the login screen (even after having just logged in!)

What is going on here?

I've also filled out the Google form in order to have my purchases transferred from the old store to the new store, so maybe I have to wait for that process before I can access anything in the My Account pages of the new store...?

Sorry for the late answer.
In the end, the problem was absolutely not related to spamming or blacklisting.
It was a problem of incorrect password rating.
When creating an account and choosing a password, some passwords would be rated green but still get refused by the security system later on.
I changed my password for a simpler one, and that solved the problem, no more 403 errors.
