Did you create your new account on the new store first? If not, you well need to do that first and then request a migration again.

Bonjour Jean,

Yes, as Oracle says, you'll need to create an account on the new A2A store before filling in the form. Also, please bear in mind that the account transfer is a manual and not an automatic process, so it may take a few days in some circumstances.

I purchased the V35 Bonanza and installed it into p3dv4, after selection of the aircraft in the sim I could not see out of the windscreen or the side windows and furthermore the aircraft refused to accelerate beyond 7kts before breaking the crankshaft. After reading some posts on the forum I could see that I had not gone about things the correct way and so I uninstalled the v35 and the commanche 250 but when I tried to uninstall the l049 I received the message " the path to the install.log could not be found" and that's with the control panel uninstall and the command prompt. After trying so many times I no longer know if Glasgow is in Scotland or Borneo:) so if someone can enlighten me I would be most grateful...I'm too old for this :oops:

Sorry to hear you've had some problems with the reinstallation. For the issue you describe (uninstalling with the old installers) please see this topic and try the steps suggested: Please read if you can't uninstall with 'old' installers.

Thanks for your quick reply Nick and I have now managed to get the Bonanza installed.Presumably I now need to wait until I get new installers for the Cammanche and the L049?

Hi, I'm still having trouble getting the new installers. I've registered on the new store page a few days ago and requested a migration of my old orders (105819, 108116, 109269) via the online form, but I haven't got notified. Need some help getting my planes up in the air again :) Thanks!

Afraid there might be a slightly longer wait than usual for this as Lewis who takes care of the customer accounts has been away for the last week or so. Please hang on in there for a few more days for the notification email.
