Order record incomplete

Hello,

I see that the orders move seems to be completed but my order history in the new account is sitll incomplete. I have the last 3 orders moved but not the rest. I have a total of 12 orders.
I have completed and submitted the form 3 times.

I changed my old e-mail adress in the same account a few years ago due to problems with Hotmail, so maybe here's the probem.

Best to follow the correct procedure for migrating your orders via the process outlined in the sticky topic at the top of the forum. Double check emails used to ensure the correct credentials are supplied to Lewis so he can migrate your orders.

I'm pretty sure I've followed the procedure correctly. New account created, and same e-mail provided as used for all the orders. My Cherokee and spitfire have been added okay, but I will triple check the emails against the other orders later.

I have filled out the form a couple of times over the last few days and still have no previous orders in my new account yet.

Hey people,

I am now up to date on the order migration.

If you haven't got orders moved across, please re-follow the instructions and fill out the form again. Please double check the information you are providing, many including some who posted here about missing orders, where only found after I had to manually check for them using names and addresses and sure enough they where associated with different email addresses.

If you are unsure please do check to avoid frustration and delay getting your orders moved.

On further inspection it looks like I ordered the "missing" aircraft via my wife's email, then transferred the receipts to MY email account for safe keeping

Its a good thing ole Lewis is on the ball isn't it

I have both the WOP 2 and WOP 3 + Accusim P-40’s on my old account.
My new account only has Accusim P-40.
Any point in transferring the older version?
