Downloading issues from new store

Hey guys,

On May 21st, I had all my orders transferred to the new store. I had X number of points.
Today I decided to re-download my purchased, C172, C182, and the Comanche 250 (all P3dv4 Academic versions).

All had 10 downloads available.

Downloaded the C172. No Problems. 9 downloads remaining.
Downloaded the C182. No Problems. 7 downloads remaining?????????????????????????????
Tried downloading the Comanche 250. Download failed. 6 downloads remaining??????????????
Tried downloading again. Fail! 1 download remaining.

Once again I tried downloading the 250. No Joy! Now no downloads remaining

What the heck.

On top of this I also noticed the when I checked my points I was greeted with this msg, "It looks like nothing was found at this location."

Any clue as to what's going on?

are you using a download manager or anything like that?

Not using any type of download manager.
I have Waterfox as my browser and I just left click on the download link.
