How long before store orders transferred to new store

Post by pedwards »

I submitted the request to transfer my orders from the old to new stores. How long will this take? Looking forward to flying this weekend with the new updates.

We don't have any timelines as its a manual process and dependant on how busy the requests are. As of the date/time of this post everything is moved and we are up to date.

thanks,

Thank you Lewis. I will PM you as my account in the new store is not showing my products. Completed form 2 or 3 days ago.

This has come up a number of times. Double check that you referenced the correct email address(es) that were originally used to purchase the products and then re-submit the request.

Yes Oracle is correct, any accounts submitted that have either no old orders associated or no new account found are skipped and the next entry moved onto. You can check information you need by logging into your old account, looking at the orders and just checking either the order number (this can be submitted in the migration form just fine) or email address associated with a given order.
