With the world cup fever all around us and me being a rugby man,I thought this might amuse some of you.

It is so true too.

I'm so frustrated that Germany has been kicked off that early... Three times the streets have been incredibly empty... to ride my bike for some perfect 105 Minutes.. :)

I wouldn’t say they got kicked out. I think they had to leave because they were just not good enough. If you get defeated by South Korea 2:0 then you’re just not worth advancing into the final 16. Just my opinion.

   yip... ^^

and that was a kick in the butt.. after arrogance, ignorance and a lot of sit out... that's what they deserve ^^ It's a pity though that I have to wait another 2 years for the European championship for that empty roads xD

Ich sags dir, von Augsburg bis kurz vor Stuttgart über die Landstraßen kaum Autos... :D Das dürfte gern öfter...

I have always thought that that sketch was a bit "too soon" when it came out. It is hard to believe that it was only thirty odd years after the war. We are now further from the Falklands War than we were then from WW2!!

But the classic line for me was always "Well you started it"..."We did not start it" ..."Yes you did! YOU invaded Poland" :D

England vs Columbia today was a nail biter. Amazing and well deserved win for the Brits.

Good that they were able to overcome their “curse” (as the media calls it) but lucky because they almost gave the game away after the lead.

Sorry, no interest at all in Soccer. I find it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too wimpy. I prefer my sportsmen (and women) to get up after a 100mph smash and walk away waving to the crowd in stead of being near another competitor and falling over crying

In better news its the British Grand Prix this weekend, so yes, its coming home :P
