Unable to update from 3rd party vendor.

I'm not sure how I am going to get the latest installer for my Cherokee. Purchased from PC Aviator and have tried to contact tlhem for 3 weeks now regarding when they plan to update their download to the newest installer. I've emailed them several times, called and left a number of call back messages and have not heard a word. Needless to say not a happy camper. I think A2A may need to reconsider distribution to 3rd party vendors.
