Hi Support,

I originally purchased the Spitfire for FS9 and more recently purchased the C172 for FSX. I’ve just upgraded to P3d and saw from this forum that I may have points to ease the cost of getting the C172 for P3d (great plane by the way). When I tried to login or reset my password using the lost password option, the site doesn’t know me. I only purchased through the A2A site but unfortunately didn’t keep a record of my password. I tried my “usual” one but it didn’t work.

Any thoughts?
