The First Air Force One

Post by Paughco »

Guys: I wasn't sure if I should post this in the Connie forum, or in the Pilot's Lounge, but here goes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Je7sTk1oQMs.

This is a link to a really great YouTube video of the beginning of the restoration of the Lockheed Constellation Columbine, the first Air Force One. Many great still shots are shown, and a lot of really nice air-to-air video, taken from a B-25 that was flying chase during the flight from Arizona to Texas.

Definitely worth the 40 minute or so viewing time.
