This used to happen to me in real life when I was doing my training at a field north of Perth late in the afternoons. I'd make my final approach only to see kangaroos all over the strip. So I'd buzz them as I went around and hope that they'd not come back on my next try.

Those must be pretty quick deer! Otherwise you'd see chopped venison on the side of the runway! Wonder what the guys at ORBX would think if I suggested that they add some mangled deer on the sides of the runway for "more complete immersion?"
