SPAM email received apparently via A2A email servers

2 hours ago sent details of this via PM to Nick, Scott (who seems to be the person affected from the email headers) and Lewis.

Sorry for the email, there was a slight issue now corrected with a new system in testing. One of the auto spam bots got into a PM system whilst we where privately testing and sent a bunch of messages. Obviously no one has access to this system so whilst the email notifications where sent no users could actually see the messages from the new system.

Sorry for the issue the system has been turned off.
