Missing orders

Post by chuckpoole4 »

I purchased 6 aircraft over the last couple years and now I can't find any of them in either site.
The planes are (FSX):
C172
C182
Cherokee
Comanche
J-3
B-17
What do I need to do? Thanks

Hi Chuck,

Did you purchase direct from A2A's store originally? If so, were you able to successfully log into your account on the old store? https://a2asimulations.com/store-offlin ... page=login

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,
I've been going through years / notebooks of orders in anticipation of this very question.
It seems now that only half were purchased directly through A2A.
The rest were purchased through FSPilotShop.
A2A Orders in hard copy:
Cherokee 104314
Comanche 109953
C182 107930
Accu-Sim for B-17 112850
Accu-Feel (still looking for order) Have PayPal receipt.) Oct 22, 2015

From FSPS:
J-3 Accu-Sim not sure about the J-3 itself.
C172 (x2) Bought one for a friend.
--------------------------------
Still looking for other missing receipts. Hope this helps.
Chuck

Thanks for the info Chuck,

I'm still not clear though if you've been able to successfully log into your account on the old store. (i.e. at the link I posted above)

Cheers,
Nick

Yes, I have been able to log into the account through the link you provided.
I could find no information about past orders.
I have also been using the account since 2015.
On July 14, 2018 I reset my password.
I hope this info helps.

Update on purchase info:
I purchased 6 aircraft over the last couple years and now I can't find any of them in either site.

Hi Chuck,

Sorry, I overlooked your reply above.

In the old web store, you should be able to view/download your orders if you click on the '"My Account" link at the top left of the page.

To transfer your orders to our new web store, please follow the directions in this pinned announcement.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,
I found the problem. I used a different email years ago. I had to dig through some very old backups.
I then used that email address and PW to login into the old account. My old orders finally showed up.
Thanks for all your help.
Chuck
