Please, my account in A2A site is not working, my e-mail [email address removed by moderator] is not recognized by the system. I need to get information about the my last purchase (Order Number: 126714).
If possible send or enable my account and reset password.

We launched a new webstore back in May of this year. If you have purchases on the old store, please refer to the information in this pinned announcement on how to transfer these to the new store, and also how to download them in the meantime.
