Old customer confused in new store (& v4)

Hi Nick

1- Been away for a while. I'm a little confused by the new store business. None of my downloads are available in my account the pasword of which I had to reset to get in. When registering for a new acccount as advised in your post, I get an Error: An account is already registered with your email address. Please log in.

Do I have or not an account in the new store ?

2- Another thing, do my aircraft purschased for P3Dv3( C182, Comanche, Cherokee, T6) work in v4 or do I have to buy them again ?

1. Your old account at the old store should be accessible for downloads. You can't buy new stuff there though. Although saying that, I tried logging-in just now and failed, so perhaps the old accounts get closed now, after transferring.

2. You can download new, 64 bit compatible replacement installers, for all your older P3D v1,2 and 3 models completely free.

Perhaps you should PM Lewis for some help with your problem.

Just follow the instructions there we can get you migrated across no worries. PM me your email address and I'll reset your store account if needed on the new store at the same time I migrate you across.
