I have been having some difficulty with the gear selection. On most occasions, the gear gets stuck half way up or half way down and I have had to "Crank" the gear using the "Shift+3" pop-up.
The tail wheel seems to respond to the "G" key on the keyboard.
Does the gear selection motor work using the panel switch?

Re: Gear Operation
Hello,
What sort of speed are you seeing? It sounds like you are over speeding with the gear?
Thanks,
Lewis

Re: Gear Operation
You might also have forgot to turn on the generators, which can cause the main gear motor to burn out!

Re: Gear Operation
Also, remember that the gear and flaps switches are 3 position....up, neutral and down.
You need to return the switch to the neutral position after raising or lowering the gear
and moving the flaps.
Using the "G" key would require you to hit it a second time after raising or lowering the
gear to put it in the neutral position.

Re: Gear Operation
In addition to what has been said, the tailwheel moves up/down much faster than the mains. Are you waiting long enough?
